BodyWatch can show you BMI, Body Fat Percentage and Waist-to-Hip Ratio at the same time. Those indices help you to understand if you have a healthy weight and tell you how much and where the body fat are.
We usually use BMI to judge our weights but this's not good enough. When we try to change our weights we need to watch the body fat percentage at the same time, and to prevent the
weight loss but fat gain situation. It's valuable to monitor the changes of body fat percentage even the estimation is not precise.
Waist-to-hip ratio is an indicator of attractiveness. Besides, it can tell us the way we carry our fat. If we have too much fat in the belly, we are at greater risk for heart disease, diabetes and some cancers (we should consider trimming down to lose belly fat).
